What is Vapor Blasting?

A revolutionary surface refinement technique that combines water and abrasive media to deliver a flawless finish without the damage of traditional methods.

BlastHaus

The Science of Precision Cleaning

Vapor blasting — also known as wet abrasive blasting — mixes water with fine abrasive media in a pressurized stream. The water acts as a cushion, preventing media impregnation into the substrate while simultaneously flushing away contaminants.

The result? A satin-smooth, peened finish that's not only aesthetically stunning but also more resistant to corrosion and wear. Unlike dry blasting, there is no heat warping — just clean, refined metal.

Superior Finish Quality
Smooth satin sheen that dry blasting can't match
No Media Impregnation
Water cushioning prevents abrasive particles from embedding
Zero Heat Warping
Water cooling eliminates thermal distortion on thin substrates
